According to the latest news today most of the agents, employers and recruiters have been settled to learn more through astrologers. From the report stated that most of them are hiring professionals if their birth chart and astrology chart are good. This trend has been spread across the country and becoming popular among companies today. Indian Council of Astrological Sciences has claimed that companies have been seeking advice from astrologers for recruiting and sacking employees if their natal chart is having positive signs in the future.

“Now several companies are consulting astrologers for hiring and firing the professionals,” said Justice S N Kapoor, Chairperson International wing of ICAS and former Judge of Delhi High Court.

Kapoor explain why astrology reading helps their Human Resource Managers, according to him if Mars is in the 3rd house supposed by Moon and Mercury, there’s a tendency to let down someone who have fate in him.

This trend of asking help from an astrologer has been increasingly growing fast. Most of the companies according to Dinesh Jain, President, Noida Management Association as they arrange the birth chart (Kundli) of an applicant on computer through Kundli software or consult an actual astrologer.
